Registration
The deadline for online registration has passed. Please, contact eapl2010@congrex.com if you wish to make a late registration and payment at the conference venue.

Registration
Registration for the conference can only be made online via the link above. Deadline for late registration is 15 May, 2010.
A confirmation of registration will be sent upon receipt of payment. Participation in social events that are included in the registration fee must be booked in advance (see registration form) in order to obtain tickets.
The registration fee includes all conference materials, daily tea/coffee, welcome reception, conference dinner, and admission to all conference sessions.
Payment
The registration fee and prepayment of hotel booking (as specified on the registration pages) is to be paid by credit card when the registration is submitted. Your registration will only be accepted when full payment has been received.
If you are unable to make your payment by credit card, the total amount due (including hotel prepayment) can be paid via bank transfer using the following details:

Please, indicate your full name and “EAPL 2010” as reference. All administrative fees in connection with bank transfers must be paid by the participant. All payments should be made in Swedish kronor (SEK). We regret that no personal or company cheques will be accepted.

The event is being organized by Congrex Sweden. To meet with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), and to further enhance the security of your credit card transaction when making your online booking, you will be directed to a secure payment gateway hosted solution via DIBS.
Cancellation policy
If you are unable to attend the conference, your registration is transferable to another member of your organization.
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Congrex Sweden. Refund of the total paid amount, minus a 500 SEK cancellation fee, will be made for cancellations received on or before 20 May, 2010. We regret that no refunds are possible for cancellations received after 20 May, 2010.
