Welcome reception

On Tuesday 15 June at 19.00, there will be a welcome reception at the Gothenburg City Hall (street address: Östra Hamngatan 21) for all participants of the EAPL 2010 conference. A light meal and wine will be served. The reception is hosted by the City of Gothenburg and the Region Västra Götaland.
 

Conference dinner

On Wednesday 16 June at 19.00, the conference dinner will be held at Valands festvåning. Street address: Vasagatan 41 (800 metres right down the street from the conference venue). Live music will accompany the dinner. The recipients of EAPL's "Lifetime Achievement Award" and "Young Scholar Award" will be announced.
 

Drinks and snacks

During the poster session (Thursday 17 June, 17.45-19.00), there will be drinks and snacks and another opportunity to mingle.
 

All social events are included in the conference fee.
